We would like to inform you about a change in our policies that may affect your healthcare experience. Beginning on May 1st 2024 our offices will no longer be accepting Insurance plans from Medicaid and any Managed care HMO Plan. This includes Blue Cross Complete Medicaid, Aetna Better Health Medicaid, Meridian Medicaid, Hap Empowered Medicaid, Mclaren Medicaid, Molina Medicaid, United Healthcare Community Plan Medicaid, Humana Medicaid and Wellcare Medicaid Advantage.
This decision was not taken lightly, and we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause you. As healthcare providers, we are committed to providing the highest quality care to all of our patients. However, the current healthcare system has made it increasingly challenging to maintain this level of care while still keeping up with the demands of the insurance providers. We believe by no longer accepting select companies, we can better allocate our resources towards providing personalized attention and care.
We understand that this news may come as a surprise to many of our patients, and we want to assure you that we are still dedicated to helping you navigate the healthcare system. We are committed to working with you for the next 30 days to give you time to find another healthcare provider. We cannot accept anyone with a Medicaid Plan as a cash pay patient.
